He has over 25 years experience as a developer, contractor, consultant and project manager of light commercial and residential projects.

Mr. Mika has also provided expert witness testimony and consulting services pertaining to construction material and installation defects and has also assisted clients and legal professionals with insurance claims litigation.

Macy’s/Dayton's Building — Minneapolis, MN

Minnesota Inspections LLC was commissioned to conduct a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) on the Property referred to as Macy's 700 on the Mall. The building consists of a 1,276,003 square foot structure situated on a 95,342 square foot site. The height of the structure varies between six stories and thirteen stories and was constructed in multiple phases between 1901 and 1945

International Market Square — Minneapolis, MN

Minnesota Inspections LLC was commissioned to conduct a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) on the Property referred to as International Market Square (IMS). The Building operates as a commercial interior design marketplace and is occupied with multiple commercial retail, design, consulting and trade tenants. The Building is reported to provide 575,000 square feet of gross area and 301,736 square feet of leasable area.

Radisson Blu Hotel — Fargo, ND

Minnesota Inspections LLC was commissioned to conduct a Building Envelope Assessment on the Property referred to as Radisson Blu, Fargo. The Buildings consist of a sixteen story hotel and two story parking ramp structure. The evaluation included aerial photography and mapping of the above grade cladding and windows and identifying potential sources of moisture intrusion.

Central Elementary School — Winona, MN

Minnesota Inspections LLC was commissioned to conduct a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) on the Property referred to as Central Elementary School. The Subject improvements include a two (2) story school building, constructed in 1930 with 44,425 square feet of gross building area and 23,018 square feet of leasable area, bituminous asphalt paved driveways and parking lots, flat-work, site utilities, appurtenances, playground and landscaped areas.

Associated Milk Producers Inc. — Dawson, MN

Minnesota Inspections LLC was commissioned to conduct a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) at Associated Milk Producers Inc. The Subject improvements include a reported 210,000 square foot (SF) whey processing plant, warehouse and office building, 12,000 SF wastewater treatment facility, 1,500 SF building housing the air compressors at the wastewater treatment facility, 5,000 SF metal building at the wastewater treatment facility, 2,800 SF sand filter building, 750 SF wastewater lift station building, 350 SF building housing the plant back-up generator, 2800 SF aircraft hangar, aircraft landing strip, driveways, parking lots, flat-work, site utilities and appurtenances situated on a 155.44 acre site.

The Gunflint Lodge — Grand Marais, MN

Minnesota Inspections LLC was commissioned to conduct a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) on the Property referred to as The Gunflint Lodge. The Subject consists of a 103 acre, irregular-shaped parcel developed with multiple structures.
